ABOUT OUR TEAM

Our team has extensive experience in finding crystals for various applications, from scintillators to search for dark materials to semiconductors.
We are also engaged in computer simulation of the growth process and equipment development.

Vitali Nagirnyi
Chief scientist

Associate Professor in Solid State Physics at the Institute of Physics, Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Tartu, Estonia.
Specialized in physics of scintillating crystals. The focus of recent scientific research is placed on electronic structure and ultrafast energy relaxation processes in scintillators with intrinsic luminescence response, such as ternary tungstates, molybdates, phosphates and various types of hexafluorides.

CORE COMPETENCE OF THE SCIENTIFIC TEAM

We have 15 years of experience in technology development for growing crystals with high quality (less than 100 dislocations per 1 square centimeter) and high radioactive purity (thorium content less than 10 ppm) to search for rare processes - dark matter, neutrino, axions et al., for the international project in the underground laboratory of Gran Sasso(Italy).

HISTORICAL FACTS

Since 1985, the growth of magnetic crystals at the Institute of Physics, Krasnoyarsk.

Since 2005, Development of crystal growth for the detection of rare processes. Executed in the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry, Novosibirsk.

Since 2012, the development of universal technology and equipment for the growth of perfect crystals for research.

Since 2020, the launch of the crystal growth laboratory for commercial purposes.
